A 900ml jar built for feeding a sourdough starter: ml markings down the side, a temperature scale on the band, and two different lids for two different jobs.

  • 900ml heat-resistant glass jar with ml markings (100-900ml) and a °C/°F scale on a reusable elastic band, so you can see the rise and check dough temperature at a glance.
  • Two lids, two jobs: the wooden lid seals it for the fridge, the breathable cotton cover lets it ferment on the counter.
  • Silicone spatula: scrapes the jar clean and stirs the starter without scratching the glass.
  • Paper thermometer strip, chalkboard labels and pen: mark feeding times and dates right on the jar.
